After your order has been placed and paid for, we will send it to you as soon as possible, unless you have ordered products with a longer delivery time. We deliver everything from our own stock so you usually have it within 48 hours (not on weekends of course). For countries outside the Netherlands, there is a longer delivery time. It may happen that products you have ordered are listed as ‘in stock’ yet have a longer delivery time (we handle a maximum of 5 working days) in cases if that shipment we import has already arrived in the Netherlands but still needs to be inspected, released and processed.
If your package with your order has been transferred to the carrier you will receive a message about this by email. Have you created an account on sleep.nl it will include all the information to see your order and shipping information.
If you wish to cancel the order after receipt please send us an email to email@example.com and we will send you instructions to return the order to us. You will also be offered the option to download a shipping stamp for free, exceptions may apply that we will notify you in advance of the order. After receiving the (partial) order, we usually process it in 2 working days.
On your own initiative and without pre-notification, sending products back is not convenient because this almost always confuses us in our warehouse. Even then, we try to find out which customer this comes from, but it takes much longer to process.
